Face in the Crowd appeared a year later. I've been trying to solve this for 3 days and I'm going crazy, I finally find a "cure" and the file location does not work with Windows 7. HELP! None of the previous info seems to apply for me. Erm, there is an intellisync folder in the hidden appdata folder (on vista that is, have to search hidden folders for intellisync) I believe clearing that out, then trying again will As a solo business owner, this is a huge waste of my time, especially if I have to try three or four different options for solving it.
