IIRC, you don't need an autoexec.bat file, but you do have to have a very specific file name for the .bin file. When it starts booting up again, press ‘Del/F10’ key. You need to flash the bios again, using a boot floppy, as the bootblock bios does not have support for CDROM/Hard drives.It should just be a bare minimum bootable floppy (win9x) What is the Exact Make and Model Number of the Machine OR Motherboard ?? In case the issue persists, consulting the manufacturer can prove to be helpful.
