In the Master only one field is keyed and in the Detail two fields are keyed. Also do not request a live result set from the TQuery - use TUpdateQuery to update records. You will find that you can also now edit a newly inserted field etc. Join our community for more solutions or to ask questions. What Zac and EmmDieh make sense if you are modifying the primary key. Thing is that I made my stored procedures the way this website recommends.
