Add to Want to watch this again later? Try to reset Google Chrome. And... deleting the GMAIL_IMP cookie does the trick for me - i'll refrain from logging into multiple accounts in this particular Chrome user session and see if it stays away.
It turns out deleting all of your browsing data is not necessary. Seems that whenever I try having more than one signed in now, I get the 400 error. Sign in to add this video to a playlist. Sign in to report inappropriate content.
