So I uninstalled both, installed .NET and then Backup Exec RAWS. At this point i can only reboot or kill the task and after doing both of those with a reboot, the services still fail to start and the server wont boot If I run the BE_SupportTool.exe file on the server with a full software analysis it hangs on the Enumerate VSS Wirters and Providers.
