In ADUC the backupexec account is a view-only administrator, as set by the Server Administrator role I added as per Symantec's instructions. As i have observer after that creating the registry ,browsing the legacy mailbox selection and deleting the registry key again and then attempting to run backup resolves the issue . I've already added Full Access permissions to every mailbox. It was just an error message and backup exec was still able to backup data. It was a mixture of several issues...a couple I had already addressed...the final two that both had to be done were: 1. One more thing My San Box is Radius Protocol enabled so it is in domain administrator group, It means no credentials issue for the database of ex_2007.
